Schouders strak. Ogen moe.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dit is geen KPI-probleem. Dit is een vriendelijkheid-probleem. <\/p>\n\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3>Wat de wetenschap zegt (en mensen al lang voelen) <\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Vriendelijkheid klinkt soft. Maar ze werkt keihard.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze maakt mensen mentaal sterker <\/strong>Mensen die iets aardigs doen, voelen zich rustiger en minder gestrest. Ook op het werk. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8848115\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> (Journal of Happiness Studies)<\/a>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze verbetert prestatie <\/strong>Teams die zich veilig voelen, spreken zich uit. Ze zijn creatiever, veerkrachtiger en productiever. Zelfs -juist- onder druk. <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/03\/research-to-excel-diverse-teams-need-psychological-safety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Harvard Business Review) <\/a>   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ze bouwt cultuur <br\/>Medewerkers die zich gezien voelen zijn: 3x meer betrokken; 5x vaker positief over hun welzijn op het werk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/507974\/leaders-ignore-employee-wellbeing-own-risk.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Gallup) <\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En nog iets moois: Wie vriendelijkheid ziet, geeft haar vaker door. Wetenschappers noemen dit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/news\/apa\/kindness-mental-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moral elevation<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><h3>Waarom dit n\u00fa telt<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Bij Inuka coachen we mensen die vastlopen. Omdat z<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harvardbusiness.org\/insight\/why-psychological-safety-is-the-hidden-engine-behind-innovation-and-transformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">e zich beter voelen. <\/a>  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Je hoeft niet meteen alles te veranderen. <\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Begin vandaag. Met \u00e9\u00e9n kleine daad. <\/p>\n\n<p>Want vriendelijkheid gaat niet over \u201clief zijn\u201d. Het gaat over ruimte maken. Voor mensen.
